What is the difference between a Craft Service and Catering..?
Craft services refers to the food that is always available to the crew while they are working. Craft Service can range from a single table of cookies, candy, cereal and coffee, to more elaborate meals and food bars. Catering, on the other hand, is ordered from our main or mobile kitchen,and handles the true hot meals like breakfast, lunch, dinner and a second meal if requested.
Your day hours are based on how many hours?
Our work day in the entertainment industry is based on 12 hour day. We are committed from event start to finish and available to serve as many hours as needed.
What’s included in your rentals?
One food truck, one cargo van and a complete craft service, catering or camera test kit.
For how long will you travel?
We will travel for a year or a day to accomplish all of your needs.
How much time in advance can we book your services?
72 hours or more is preferable... but we are also available on a few hours short notice as many times we had to replace companies who can not handle certain jobs due to lack of experience or the quality of foods.
Can you accommodate special requests?
Yes we do! We love to help you on those special needs. We can adjust any menu or change items to make it suitable for people with allergies or specific diets.
Can we get references from past clients?
Yes, please call us and we'll provide that.
Can we request a chef or table setter we had in the pass?
Yes, we can bring them to your job if they are available and we will switch teams if that person and clients are ok with the change.
Can you feed large groups?
Always yes, we have done hot and cold meals for thousands of people on a daily bases. Our chefs and teams are experts on this type of catering.
